I recently reinstalled Win2k and Photoshop 6.0. Not sure if this is a Windows or Photoshop issue so I’m cross-posting.

When I view a directory full of .jpg files in "thumbnail" view the portion of the thumbnail that is the actual image is really small, more like a tiny thumbnail, and there is a lot of white space around it.

It’s difficult to see what the thumbnail represents so I’d like to fix this somehow.

Any idea what’s going on? The images themelves don’t have white space around them so it’s not just shrinking down what is in the image.

And oi it seems to take forever for the thumnails to render.

Thanks.
