Web Photo Gallery – Images & Thumbnails

When creating an automated Web Photo Gallery using Photoshop CS3, I’m interested in restraining the pixels of the height of my large images (500 px height) and I want to be able to restrain the WIDTH of my thumbnails (150 px WIDE).

Is there any way to do this in one take or will I have to run the photo gallery process twice?
