Each time I exit my Photoshop Elements 3.1 (Windows), I get this message: The instruction at "0x23461be9" referenced memory at "0x23ad9e0c". Memory could not be referenced.

I have a Dell Dimension 4400, Pentium 4, 1.99 GHz, 1 GB RAM, Windows XP

Have you installed any software prior to having this issue?

Make sure you have no spyware running in the background tha can foul things up.

try re-installing photoshop

Seems PS is referencing a memory address that is eithor bad or being used by another program.
