Photoshop elements allows you to send photos by email in one of two forms: email attachment or HTML photomail (this gives you some choices about how the photos will appear in an email). However, if you are using Vista, the program does not work properly for sending "photomail" unless you set up the program correctly. The problem is the way Vista handles progress access. Using "Computer" of file explorer, navigate to the Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 7.0 folder. Find three key programs: Photoshop Elements 7.0, Photoshop ElementsEditor, and Photoshop ElementsOrganizer. Each of these is an "application" file (or exe. file). On each of these application program files, RIGHT click, then click on the Compatibility tab, and then select (at the bottom of the tab page) Run This Program As An Administrator in the privilege level section. This should correct the problem and allow you to use the full spectrum of the photo email sharing capability of PSE 7.
