indd files – import into Photoshop cs

I have just been emailed an indd file. How do I open it in Photoshop cs?

Assuming you don’t have InDesign? Ask the person who emailed it to send in pdf format. Photoshop does not open InDesign files as far as I know.

Why would anyone send indd?
