Is it posibel to import cdr files i Photoshop CS2?

No.

If you have CorelDraw, you can export to MANY file formats that Photoshop can easily handle.

try to keep the files simple as Corel Draw only exports in PShop 5 and Illustrator 7(as of Version 11)
