AFAI can remember, there is no way of doing either. ImageStyler is a long-dead product.
If you have or can get Acrobat, print he file from ImageStyler to a .pdf and open that in Photoshop.

Oh, GC is Mac only. There are probably Windows version. You can email me the IST file and I’ll see if I can convert it. Have to wait until evening (PST), though.
