Hi Farhan,

You can do some basic forms in illustrator (do them white), Then in PS, make a blue background and paste the forms (every different form on a different layer set to overlay) and play also with the opacity.
It’s the basic guideline then I let you try and experiment your own variants. Don’t have fear to play with blur filter too.

thanks a lot marc.. m very new to designing and i m very very fond of learning it, specially i m very impressed by the templates made by the templatesmonster.com team and personally want to make those templates bymyself and i want some guidelines to reach at that level, do u have any msn ID so that i can have ur assisstance regularly i ll be very greatfull thanks and regards
