Image Processor and "Run Action" option

I am completing the dialog executing the Image Processor on a batch of files.

In section 4, I can specify to run an action.

When is this action run? I can’t find this documented anywhere.

If, in section 3, I specify to save as JPEG and Resize to Fit and also convert Profile to sRGB, will the action be executed after all these changes have been made? That is, just before saving?

I recall a couple of years ago that the image processor was updated — update included a change to run action after all the image processing.

Thank you.

I wish Adobe actually documented this.

Because I could see someone linking the resizing and change of colour space to the saving.

I want to sharpen immediately before saving.
