Is anyone aware of where I might buy an instruction DVD for Photoshop Elements 3.0? I’ve already tried ebay and local camera shops in the Chicago area.

Adobe publishes books with CDs entitled "Classroom in a Book" for Adobe Elements. I went through the entire book and found it quite informative. It comes with a CD with examples that you use to learn.

Photoshop CS2 comes with an instructional CD, but it costs $650.

They have a terrific newsletter and also have DVDs available. They also do free workshops around the US. I went last year and learned a lot in one day.
