Photoshop CS3 automating

I am trying to automate sizing a group of photos for email. In my previous CS version I was able to create a droplet that work nicely. Now, the same droplet gives me an error message and asking if I want to notify Microsoft. Is there a different way of creating this action in CS3?

Have a look at the Image Processor (Tools menu, Bridge) It is the simplest and best tool for the job.
