I am thinking of getting the new version of Windows with a new computer. Will Elements work with this new version?

According to this article:
http://www.pcworld.com/resource/article/0,aid,120559,pg,1,RS S,RSS,00.asp PSE 3 will now install on x64.

Personally, I would hold off on the x64 version a while longer unless it was a 2nd pc just to play around with and not your main pc. X64 would probably be a reasonable choice for a server machine but a client pc is a much more complex environment and there’s still a long way to go for driver and application support. Just my opinion.

Also, it could be slower because PSE3 is a Windows 32bits application, my guess is that it would make use of WOW (Windows On Windows), which isn’t exactly the fastest thing there is.
