I am buying a Macbook Pro to replace my current windows laptop. Can I activate photoshop cs4 on both, since they are different OS’s.

The license is for one user, one platform (either Mac or Windows), and two machines that are not used simultaneously, typically a laptop and a desktop.

The license and the installation DVD or download are platform specific. The Mac installer will not work on Windows and vice versa.
