Installation of CS3 failed under Windows Vista Ultimate x64

I’ve tried many times to install Photoshop CS3 Extended under Vista Ultimate x64. I used the tools and possibilities from this link,
kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=kb402426& amp;sliceId=2 and I’ve activated UAC,Compatility Mode for XP SP 2 ,but it doesn’t run (I have the German version of PS CS 3)

I hope you can help me,because I really need to work with PS CS3

I had no problems at all installing CS3 in Vista Ultimate 64. You may need to call Adobe. Installation issues are handled free of charge.

Uninstall the software cleanly via the "Add or Remove programs" panel, then run another install. The breakdown is in the licensing system, not the application itself. Do not run the clean scripts until you have attempted this. If it still fails, then indeed a call to Adobe tech might do wonders…
