When I try to open Photoshop 7.0, I get a message saying "This application has failed to start because pano 12 dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem." After clicking the "OK" box and the "X" box 7.0 opens and runs fine. Is it possible to restore the missing or corrupted file "pano12dll" witout having to un-install the entire Photoshop program and re-install it?

you probably need to install the software that installed that dll. It’s either from a plug-in or device driver. Have you searched the web for ‘pano12.dll’?
