install hangs at installshield wizard dialog after approve license dialog

My CS2 install hangs at the the installshield dialog. I am running XP home version on a Vaio. This is an upgrade CS2 for CS. Any ideas? This installed fine on my desktop computer. I have tried with and with out activating the transfer for CS2 on my good install. The problem seems to be installshield as CS2 never gets a chance to install.

Clean out you /Temp folder. and try again, ensurung any A/V applications are shut down first.

Thanks. Tried that and no luck. I’m open to any other suggestions…

Copy the whole of the /Photoshop folder from CD to your HDD. Boot into Safe mode and install from the HDD

I got it to install. It took a safe boot w/limited drivers/startup loading and it took. thanks again…
