Hello all…
I have a laptop that used to have photoshop CS2 installed. I uninstalled that program months ago. I now have a new (yes.. paid for) copy of CS3. I can install and activate the program just fine. But when I try to run the program I get a "license has expired" message and it shuts down. AAARRRGGHH!.
I have followed Abobes instructions, uninstalling and running the CS3 cleaning tool. Then reinstall… nada!
Can CS3 be conflicting with the old CS2 information still hidden somewhere on my system?
does anyone know where this stuff is hidden on the PC?? I’ve checked everything that Adobe recommends… but something tells me there’s still some tidbits left on my system that i’m missing…
thanks
Glen
