ACCESSORY QUESTIONS ABOUT WACOM INTUOS TABLET

I am a print media student and am about to purchase a WACOM INTUOS 6×8 (most likely). I want to know if anyone has seen a case for the tablet, because i am going to need to transport it quite often. Also, any suggestion for the tablet (ie software, accessories, etc…) I am going to be primarily using InDesign, Photoshop, Quark, Illustrator, Freehand.
