Hello,
I’ve just yesterday had to re-install my operating system (XP Professional), after which none of the Adobe installers will operate as they had before.
When I try to install I get an error message telling me I must have Service Pack 2 installed.
I do have SP2 installed.
I’ve used several Adobe apps for years with this same OS and I’ve never had this problem before.
I’m using a Dell Dimension 8200 computer, Pentium IV 2 GB processor, 1GB RAM, and a Canon MP780 multiple function printer.
Does anyone have any idea what can be done to solve this?
Please help.
Thanks for your consideration,
George Masi
