" JCO" muttered something like this:
You wouldn’t have any advise on the best way to line up text. I created a text box and it contains several columns. I don’t understand what is the tool for lining up these columns. Currently using spaces. Of course this makes them off a bit and it does not look good. You can seem to set tabs or stop points as in a word processor.
Any advise is appreciated.
If it’s all in one block of text then just open your Paragraph palette (in the menus goto WINDOW / PARAGRAPH ). In that palette there are buttons for right-justify, left-justify, and center-justify.
If the text you want to align is in many different layers then just link all the layers and use the alignment tools. If you activate the Move Tool then you’ll see in the tool options bar (the bar under the menus) a series of buttons, each of them perform a different alignment function.
Check your help file for more details.

I accidentally removed the far right Toolbar and can’t get them back. Of most concern is the toolbar that displays my layers. Can somebody tell
me
how to get that back (to display).
Window > and check/uncheck the palettes and other items to display/hide
them.
