PSE 2.0 running on W2K (under Administrator account).
When I click any of the button (even "Exit Welcome Screen"), I receive an error:
"Cannot find ‘ file:///C:/Program%20Files/Adobe/Photoshop%20Elements%202/HT MLPaletts/Welcome/PlayBuiltInCommand(tutorials)’.
Make sure the path of Internet address is correct.
Well, I made sure the path is correct. In fact a very good proof of this is that all the welcome screen functions (including the tutorial) work perfectly when selected directly from the Help menu.
No, I am not using AOL. Yes, I have IE 5.1 as the default browser.
Is this a bug in PSE 2.0? If not, what is the solution to this problem?
