"No disk in Drive D" when strarting Elements?

I get this message on and on when in PSE and cannot get rid of it without clicking on an on till somehow it goes away … then comes back again and again. A solution please!

Do you recall ever having a disk in drive D: and then removing it before shutting down PSE? Sometimes that will cause that type of behavior. I’ve seen it before too.

Trying putting a disk in drive D:, open Elements and then close elements before removing the CD.

Dick, Somehow I got 2 of the same topics going. I’ll jump over to the other one and let this one ride alone.
Yes, I do think that’s how all this started but now I’m in a bigger mess. I am going to install PSE again if possible.
