why text needs updating?

I’ll get this error from time to time and not sure why. If I create a document in CS with a text layer and save it, and then reopen it later to continue editing (on the same computer), I get the following message.

Rendering the text layer "" will cause its layout to change. The existing pixel data will be used instead. Continue?

what’s going on here?

The k-base comes up with the following:

The issue was supposed to be fixed with the version 7.0.1 update, but…

I’m clueless.
