Updating text layers

This question has been addressed, but the solution still seems unclear (if there is one). Again, when I open up psd files, I get an alert that says:
"Some text layers might need to be updated before they can be used for vector-based output. Do you want to update now?"
Some back-up info: I am working on 7.0.1. Thanks

I too have this problem. And all the text layers get set back to size 10.1 or the like (all ##.1).

In a previous post I found someone mentioned that Arial, Times New Roman, and maybe even Verdana have a new updated version /shrug.

But I have this problem with most any fonts that seem to be sizes 12pts or less…

And help on this? What needs to be done?
