Registration problem with Adminstrator Status

I am logged on Windows XP as the computer administrator, but when I try to supply my registration number Elements, I get a message that I must have administror privledges to register. I checked control panel to make sure I was logged on as the computer administrator and I was. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Well I’m sure this is going to sound silly, but whenever there are mysterious install problems I always wonder if the person had any antivirus software running when they were putting Elements on. Did you? If so, all kinds of weird things can happen – although not everyone has trouble. Make sure any antivirus is disabled and try again. Or, if you’ve already disabled it and are still having trouble, please repost and let us know.
