cannot see all of print preview window

In Elements 2.0, when open the print preview window, I am unable to see the whole window. A portion of the window overlaps the bottom of the monitor. Also, the preview cannot be resized.When the cursor is placed on any window edge, I do not get the normal double sided arrow to allow resizing. I also noticed that the window does not have the normal min and restore buttons. Any ideas?

It could be the resolution you have got for the monitor – try 1024×768 or larger.

Not a definite, but woth a shot.
