Printing on snapshot paper 127*177 mm

Could someone please tell me how to page setup for snapshot paper(Kodak)127*177 mm? I created a user defined size, which when I printed was not centered. It plotted left (over the perforation).

Pick 5"x7" as the size in both Photoshop and your printer driver dialog. Make sure to allow for whatever printing margins your printer requires.
