I have a G3 with 512 m ram and I have partitioned the hard disk so that I can use OS 9.2.2 on one partition and then run OSX 10.3.3 on the other partition.
I have bought PS CS as an upgrade and I installed Panther from the disk I bought from the Apple store. The Photoshop installer tells me that it has been succesful. When I try to open the program, an icon bounces in the dock and then disappears. I have found clues that the problem may be caused by my G3 having an Adaptec 2906
scsi card installed. I really want to keep the machine the way it is because my CD writer and scanner are scsi machines. Anyone got any ideas?
