Problem of installing update PS 6.0

Hello

I’m trying to install the update of PS6. I have PS 4 on the machine. Serial number and everything is fine.

When I try to install, the update asks for the original PS4 disk — no problem; then this starts going back and forth to exchange disks etc. and finally when I have disk PS 4 in the machine I get a message telling me to insert it.

Around then I get a system crash.

Any ideas?
I’m running on 9.1 and there is not a problem of RAM.

Copy the installer from the pS6 disk to the hard drive. leave the 4 disk in the computer.

Don’t forget to update to 6.0.1
