Hi all,

I want to implement a filter plugin in Photoshop.

I would like to let user preview the filter result in image (the filtered part of image in Photoshop) instead of proxy in dialog when user change the filter parameter.

How can I do that?

Most filters do this (look for a "Preview" button in the filter). What filter are you applying? If you want to preview the effects of several steps in an action, you’re out of luck.

Thanks a lot for your information.
I want to write a filter plugin which provide "real" preview, just like those filter has a "preview" check box. But I can’t get the idea to do so.
