My photoshop wont open. Loading screen appears, then it closes.

My photoshop wont open. Loading screen appears, then it closes. Im running Windows 2000. Its been working great until the past couple of days. Ive tried just about everything. Dragging pictures onto the logo, opening it. But, it doesnt go to the interface. Any suggestions or ideas of whats going on?

try resetting the prefrences per the faq.

have the same problem.. did you figure out a way to fix it? i tried everything .. uninstall, regclean, etc etc ..

I don’t see where you mentioned that you reset the preferences (daves answer).
