I scanned in a family photo. It is a color photo. In Photoshop I convert to grayscale and I see black and white on the screen. However, when I print to my Epson Stylus PHOTO 820 printer. I select "Best Photo" for you print quality. When it prints, it has a slight red tone. How do I get rid of the red tone when it is a grayscale photo?

Thanks for your ideas.

Rick

Rick,

The only way you will guarantee a greyscale remaining neutral is to print with black ink only.

You can also obtain grey ink sets with a special driver that designed for real quality B&W inkjet output
