Shortcut problems in Photoshop CS on Windows XP

Does anyone have problems with keyboard shortcuts not working in PS CS? I am running Photoshop in Windows XP on a laptop and nothing seems to work. I have been into all the settings "Keyboard Shortcuts" etc but with no luck. Any tips and trick that anyone could give would be much appreciated. RW

See the FAQs. It’s either a keyboard driver (very unlikely on a laptop) or you have an illegal copy of Photoshop.
