How can I get a particular frame from a mpeg to open in PS or ImageReady? I am working on the Amber Alert you might have heard about here in Florida.

I got the mpeg dled from
www.heraldtribune.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20040204/NE WS/402040597/1060 but I cant pull the frames I want….
