I’m working with Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and teaching myself via Adobe Classroom in a Book for Photoshop 6.0.
On pages 358 thru 359, it talks about "Optimizing a Gif Image" and "Choosing optimization settings in ImageReady". But specifically, on page 359, it says, "The image was created in Adobe Illustrator, and then rasterized into Photoshop format. The image contains many areas of solid color."
I know that rasterized files deal with a pixel by pixel bitmap approach (used with images of varying tones such as photographs and JPEG files) and vector graphics are mathmatically derived images, usually of flat tones, and associated with GIFs.
However, my question is how do you rasterize an Illustrator (I assume a vector or GIF image) into Photoshop?
