When you open a image in PhotoShop you usually have a set background layer, this layers color stays consistent with any new shape you give the entire image and most editing functions are locked. If you double click the background layer you can transform it into a regular layer. My question is can you do the opposite? Can you take a regular layer and make it your background layer???
Any help greatly appreciated.
