While transforming a selection either with marquee tools or the crop tool and sampling with the eyedropper, the processor activity raises to 100%, causing very short system freezes.
The PS is 7.0.1 on XPsp1 machine with 1024 rambus memory and 2.53 Ggz Pent.4. The scratch has it´s own partition on a striped array wich is not the system disk. The swap (pagefile) is on a third disk on it´s own partition as well.
I have been trought the FAQs, reinstalled PS, looked for conflincting apps with no success. I would apreciate your help.
