The Variations command under the Image/Adjustment menu is grayed out. How do I get it to be not grayed out so that I can use it on an image or what makes it usable? Thanks

Check that the image is 8 bits per color. If I remember correctly, variations does not work with 16 bits per color images.

Check that the image is 8 bits per color. If I remember correctly, variations does not work with 16 bits per color images.
