Extract Filter not installing

well it worked once then went away then got it to work again then now its gone its not staying and the file is still there when i open with ps and check the filters not there

Extract is not installed by default in CS4. You have to manually install the plugin from the Goodies folder on the install disk.

yes i know that i kept trying to install and i did what i said above got it working then not doesn’t stay installed but the file is still there
