CS4 Where is Filter/Extract?

I know I used it in CS3 and the CS4 help says to go to Filter/Extract but it doesn’t exist on my Filter Menu (using all Menu Items) and it is a 8bit RGB photo I’m trying to work on.

It’s probably me but…

Nope.

They just put it in the shed while they think up something better.

You can install it, but it’s still as clunky as it ever was.

Masking is now done with the Masking Panel.
