Help!!!!! When I Try To Open Adobe Photoshop CS4 The Program Tells Me That I Have To Reboot The Computer, I Do It And That Stupid Message Appears Again, With An Error Message 148:3 HELP ME!! UGH **MAD**

Can’t reset preferences because it won’t load.

Launching Photoshop won’t/can’t tell you that you need to reboot the computer. Something else is up with your system.

Do you have the *exact and complete* error message that you receive? Preferably a screen shot of it?

148 :: 3? Incomplete install, if I’m not mistaken. No go then. The program needs to uninstalled and re-installed with proper administrative privileges.
