Opening file in Photoshop CS

Third day using photoshop Cs and dont understand what is happening with a file created in Cs that i could not open it anymore receivong this message: Could not complete your request because of a program error.
All my others files workk well, except that one, problem i need it. Any help Thany you, Pierre

I had the same message if I increased the "cache" to anything above "4".

Thank you Steeve, you got it. I can open my file with a cache of 4. I don’t know if I should leave it like that or put it higher to benefit of the cache. Could be something be part of an update.

same here, cache levels set to more than 4 seems to call for errors. wonder why. each day I discover new mysterious patterns about CS .
Have to add though, than aside of the "bugs" its a wonderful upgrade from PS7.

Thanks for the new features to the Adobe team.
