Adobe reduced (and slowed down) several functions in the new version.
the most glaring deficiency is the lack of any usable SW to print albums. The Album SW in PSE4 was much better. Now Albums are produced in the editor, the layouts are scarce, images are not rotated etc.
The new version has some improved editing functions. Because it runs so slow however you will use them only when you absolutely need them.
I am sorry that I updated. I still keep PSE 4 at least for printing albums.
