Printing Problems

I’m running Photoshop Elements 5, version 5.0.2 under Windows XP Pro. When I click on Print in either Editor or Organizer, it takes between 2 min 30 sec and 3 min 45 secs before the print panel is displayed. Is this a bug? A problem? Is there something I don’t have set up right?

Any advice is appreciated.
