I tried Colin Walls’ suggested remedy for the error message posted by John Quigley, and it worked. I found this remedy just AFTER posting a similar query to John’s. Thanks, Colin. Now, the real question: Why didn’t Adobe have documentation on this error message? I even searched with the aid of Google!!
