Need to uninstall/reinstall – what files should I save?

My Elements has suddenly stopped letting me e-mail photos using the built-in options. Used to work fine, but now I get an "unknown error" message. No idea how to troubleshoot the unknown, so I figured I’d uninstall and reinstall and hope for the best.

Anyway, what files do I need to back up in order to restore all my version sets/stacks/tags/collections/etc. once I reinstall?

Did you change your e-mail program?

Before you lose all your settings! I have not seen an answer to this situation, with album,or are you only using the organizer.
