CS2 and Vista

I am running Photoshop CS2 on Vista. When I start the CS2, it takes a long time to start responding, but it eventually does. Any suggestions on how top speed this up? I am not sure if the best way to run this is in Windows XP mode, or not. I am running it as Administartor.

I would appreciate any comments on problems and solutions from anyone else running CS2 on Vista.
