I may be completely wrong about this, but there is no way to link a layer mask to a smart object, correct? The only way around this that I know of is to rasterize the smart object.
I thought the whole point of the smart object was to give the user maximum editability with minimal distortion. So is there really no way to link a smart object with a mask while maintaining the editability of both?
Thanks in advance.
