Can you copy a layer (say text) from one project and past it in another to prevent having to retype the text?

Look up "Duplicate Layer" in the Help Files or PDF user manual.

OK. I’ll look it up again. I must have skimmed past something that tells how to apply that to a different project. I’ll try to find it in the manual as well. Thx

There are a few ways to do this. An easy way is to open both images next to each other and using the Move tool drag the layer from one document to the other.
