I work for a magazine company as the content manager. We have a database system which ingests the 1.6 version page into the database. It then breaks up into 2 sections pages and photos. Sometimes the photos are exported with black silhouettes around them. We understand that it is a layer or a clipping path problem. Has anyone ever seen this? Any ideas on how to remedy it? Is there a setting in inDesign that needs to be corrected?

Thanks,

Mike

It isn’t clear from your post whether Photoshop is involved in your problem.

You are more likely to get answers about InDesign questions in the InDesign forums.

Ok, what you are doing, and where you run into trouble — still isn’t clear.

You should read this FAQ entry: <http://www.adobeforums.com/webx/.2cd06cd9>
